Sam Edelman – Spring 2012

Sam Edelman’s collection of shoes have been a favorite for many fashionistas out there and has certainly been added to my list as well. Their Spring 2012 collection has proven to be catchy, sexy, colorful and stylish. What I like the most about the Sam Edelman brand is how it offers a variety of styles that suit just about anyone’s fashion taste. From wedges, loafers, ballet flats, to the spiky peep toe pumps that I personally love, there is a shoe out there for you.

Here are a couple of pairs from the Spring 2012 collection that I’m sure you will all enjoy as much as I did and will all season long.

LORISSA

The Lorissa peep toe pumps are definitely a show stopper. The spikes and dazzling crystal encrusted heels make these shoes as edgy as they come. The paparazzi pink in suede is perfect for the colorful trend this spring. I did however, realize when I first received the shoes, they were not true to size. I wear a size 6 and these shoes run almost 1/2 size large. I had to wear insoles to make them fit just right but it still looked quit big at the top of my heel. Regardless of the size issue, I did notice that they were comfortable around my feet and the bottom sole has some traction as well. The Lorissa pumps come in a variety of 11 colors and materials from suede to leather.

MABEL

The Mabel sandals are definitely a favorite! The height of the rope detailed heel along with the neutral faux snake design makes these sandals a must have for the Spring/Summer season as it can be worn with just about anything. They are comfortable to walk in and the thickness of the heel gives a lot of stability. These did come true to size so no worries about ordering a size up or down. The Mabel comes in a variety of 6 colors, including the one I am wearing which is called Black-White.
