Summer Glow presents a harmonious blend of warm gold and amber tones. Set against lightly tanned sun-kissed skin, deep purple and pale green eyeshadows intensify the gaze. They are the colors of twilight that turn into night: the colors of moonlight and its reflections on the sea.
FACE: Sun-kissed: the base for the Dolce&Gabbana Make Up Summer Glow look is a lightly bronzed skin warmed by gold and amber lights. The effect is obtained by the new Bronzer Duo: two bronzers combined in one luxurious product. The radiant finish – perfect for any skin type – defines and perfects the contours of the face.Bronzer Duo is offered in Natural Bronze – merging the shades Cashmere and Sunshine – and Deep Bronze – that combines Desert and Bronze.
“They can be used as two separate products: the lighter shade can be used to highlight cheeks, and the darker tone can be used in the hollow of the cheeks to contour the face. It can also be used as a bronzer: blend the two colors to create a third shade to set the foundation and illuminate the face,” explains Pat McGrath, Dolce&Gabbana Make Up Creative Advisor.
EYES: Subtle yet smoky eyes are illuminated by a touch of gold or bronze. For the Summer Glow look, Dolce&Gabbana Make up presents two new palettes for its Eyeshadow Quad: Ibiza, featuring four cool shades dominated by pale green and deep purple, and Tangier in warm orange and earth hues. The new Quad palettes are joined by classic products such as the Eyeshadow Duo in Cinnamon (taupe and petal pink) and Gold (gold and bronze), paired with the Eyeliner in Bronzo, to create a luminous line. The gaze is further intensified by Passioneyes Duo Mascara in Nero. The new Brow Liner in Mocha and Soft Brown offers dual application: thick and thin aspects of the soft tear-shaped nib.
LIPS: As always, lips are a focal point of the Summer Glow look. Lipliner in Soft outlines the lips, which are given a brilliant sheen with Passion Duo. The creamy lipstick with a sumptuous, glossy core is now available in five new shades of pink, from the most delicate to the deepest, each as luscious as the flowers that inspire them: Lily, Orchid, Jasmine, Lotus, and Amaryllis.
NAILS: Three new Nail Lacquer colors come with a dazzling finish to complete the Summer Glow look. Their names recall mythical muses: Gaia, Maia and Daphne and are available in green, pink and orange warmed with a shiny bronze effect.
